Can someone share a working link for Reporting a Buyer Violation? Amazon provides wrong instructions
Can someone share a working link for Reporting a Buyer Violation? Similar to other sellers, I have a buyer who orders a product, refunds it and then does the same again. When trying to find how to report this buyer, I get information from Amazon that says:
- Go to “Contact us”
- Select “Other”
- Select “Report a Violation”
The only issue is that there is no such menu!!! Amazon knows this but still provides the same information. When I contact seller support, they send me a canned response that contains the same information. Why are they making it impossible to report a buyer?

we have found for months that when you try to report a buyer this way, it never works!

Go to Help > At the bottom of the page choose Need more help? > Choose Selling on Amazon > Describe your issue (Report Buyer) Violation > Choose option 1: Report a violation > Choose Selling on Amazon > Choose Other customer and order issues > Make the reason (Other customer and order issues - Report a Buyer Violation) > Enter the info in the text box > Check the box This issue is urgent and requires immediate attention. Use email option.
