Can you duplicate an order on Click & Drop?
What I mean by that is ……
If a buyer buys 2 x Widgets from me (i.e the same item but a quantity of 2) it is sometimes cheaper for me to split the items up and send them separately. However as it is one order it only pulls through once to C&D and I would need two labels. Is there anyway of printing two labels (both of which I pay for - as I know you can reset the order and print another label but that means you do not get charged for the first one and therefore can not use it!)
Or do I have to create a second order manually? (Which is what I am doing now = time consuming!)

Same boat - That’s what we currently do.
For orders needing CN22 (Channel Islands) we have noticed recently that RM C&D will only mark one item dispatched when ever we have an split order. Amazon seller central will show order as partly unfulfilled.
