Cannot Access Campaign Manager
I have a professional account, just started selling, looking to run first PPC but when I go to the advertising drop down, there isn’t a campaign manager option, it only says Prime Exclusive Discounts.
As mentioned, I’m a paid up pro seller…help!

I’m a little puzzled. There’s no such thing as a “professional account”. Are you registered as a business on Amazon?

Ok thanks, so I am paying £30, I thought I had a professional plan, I have stock that’s selling. Do you know how I can change this please, I’m not selling 2nd hand stock.

This is what I see, only 2 sub sections;
Sell On Amazon - Professional
and
Fulfilment by Amazon - Registered

Yeah I have just the 2, not 5!
I’ll just good to seller central and kick off unless there is anythng else I can do?

It says Account Status - Information Provided.

I now have a third box in your services saying Sponsored Products - Sponsored Products

This keeps happening and a few ( extremely patient ) regular forum contributors have to explain again and again how it works!
Why can’t Amazon make it clear or even better- change the “individual” on the legal entity to something else, like “private” etc.
They keep advertising how easy it is to make a ton of money selling on Amazon and how quickly you can set up shop and start selling.
I would imagine, almost every other human being now wants to become an Amazon seller and get very rich without any knowledge on sales management or how to set up and run a business!
YouTube is not helping too!
