Cannot add new products to inventory
New one for me.
Cannot add any new products as it does not recognise barcodes.
These are all from GS1 with a cert to our company (its our brand not sold elsewhere)
Provided all product picture shots to Amazon with our barcodes embedded on product label.
Raising cases for each new product about 10 in all.
Thus far useless feed back from support.
Anyone know anything about this or process to get new products listed. This is a new low point with Amazon…

Can’t offer any advice or help, but there seem to be a lot of posts lately where Amazon do not appear to be accepting or recognising GS1 barcodes.

I was advised to downlad and run Firefox on my iMAC and this indeed, resolved the problem completely. Befre that I had been trying to add items to muy inventiry using Safari, and just getting that pink error message all the time. So it’s definitely worth a shot.
