Cannot Close account but get charged
OMG. I have created the account half way through 1 year ago with business license, but i never did Video Call / ID verification with Amazon, not even started selling. 1 year later, which is 2 days ago, i decided to continue, so i login. Then my account get suspended, now the ID verification process is stuck because my company is ended, which the business license is expired, so i want to change to individual, but this is not the option for me to close the account. No right platform can answer me this questions, all staff said it’s not relevant to their job duty, i am stuck
Worse is , i signed up as professional account ,now it charges from my credit card for 5 countries !! with 39.99 each !!! but i am not even registered the account successfully and not even start selling. And i am unable to close the account because it gets suspended. What can i do …

Firstly you need to downgrade each countries selling plan to individual - that will stop the subscription charges
Settings - account info - your services - sell on Amazon - downgrade
If your business license has expired (presume you mean company no longer trades/ is registered) why are you looking to reopen the amazon account ?
An individual/ private seller can only sell 2nd hand used goods of their own and therefore the other site is probably better for you
But unfortunately you cannot fully close an account that is not verified
