Cannot find my items on amazon

I have listed my first items over the past week but when my friends have searched for them we cannot find them.

Are they listed? Have I done something wrong?

Whats the asin ?
Are they fbm or fba ?
If fbm , have you entered a quantity of at least 1 ?
If fba, have you sent stock in ?
Did you fix your verification issues ?

So it seems my verification issues aren’t sorted! I had no idea!

When i click on settings and account information this is the reply:

Yes they emailed on Thursday asking for a document with a break down of share allotment which I immediately provided. I did not know that had deactivated my account again.

Hopefully they don’t take too long!
