Cannot get support
I am at the end of my tether. I get a message saying I cannot add products as I need to replace my charge method and verify my identity. When I do this I then get an email telling me the verification process has failed.
I raised a support call and got a response that sounded like a bot telling me I need to replace my charge method and verify my identity and closing the call. I re-opened it explaining I have tried multiple times. I got another response telling me I need to replace my charge method and verify my identity and closing the call. I have re-opened and responded about 10 times each time using different phrasing to try to get through to the person(?) on the other end. I don’t know what to do next. I am not a professional seller and so am apparently not worth a phone call. I tried raising a call saying I want to make a complaint, and they just said “use the feedback system” and closed it again.
