Can't create a case - stuck in endless loop!
We’ve sent products into FBA which have gone missing.
I used the Get Support ‘tool’ to identify that this inbound FBA shipment has missing items and needs to be investigated. The tool agrees that the shipment is eligible for investigation and tells me that to request this investigation (why isn’t it automatic!!?) I have to go to ‘Contact Us’ (a clickable link) and create a case.
Clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ link takes me straight back to an empty ‘Get Support’ page. I repeat the process and end up back where I started once again, with the form telling me to go to ‘Contact Us’ to create a case.
It is an endless and frustrating loop and I’m not able to actually create a case. It seems, therefore, that Amazon hopes we will just give up and go away!
Does anyone know how we can create a case without going through this pointless “tool”!!?

Manage FBA shipments
Click on the shipment
Contents tab
It should give you a reconcile date

Yes, we are past the reconcile date and the shipment is ‘closed’, in the list, but we are still able to request an investigation - if only we can actually create the case!
