Can't edit shipping settings

Hi,

I have just set up an account and I was ready to launch a product, but I can’t edit the shipping settings. I have to mention that yesterday I could acces this menu and add/remove countries, set shipping prices and delivery times. Now the menu looks like the photo below:

Please note that I have an individual account, with FBM.
Did I miss anything?

You need to be on the professional plan at £30 per month to set your own shipping settings

Also, as well as needing to be on the Professional Selling Plan to be able to set your own shipping rates, if you are buying items to sell on for profit you must have a Business Selling account, not the Individual one. That is only for people selling off their own personal second-hand items, you cannot sell new items.
Have you provided Amazon with your UTR for a Business Seller Account ?
