Can't find shop or listings
I’m new to Amazon but have been an eBay seller for many years, I can’t find my shop or my products on Amazon and neither can any of my previous customers, I must be missing some vital information from my account or my listings to enable people to search for me???
What are the essentials please?,

If you click on the product title in any of your inventory listings it will take you to the product you are listing against.
If you want to see your storefront from there you can click on your merchant name under the offers

Click on “See how your feedback displays to buyers on Amazon” and you will be able to see your store.

Without having the BuyBox, you won’t see your offer on listings.
In order to become eligible, at least 90 days after your registration date needs to pass and you should successfully process a minimum 1 order.
