CE documentation help

Hi We have recently started selling bubble solution on Amazon but they keep asking for CE Documention of conformity in regards to the following.

a) Please resubmit the EC Declaration of Conformity for ASIN [B09FGQ6S5Y] with the following information:
• Name, function of the signatory

Any help would be great as wel are unsure of what document this is Thanks Everyone.

The EC Declaration of conformity is the document that goes along with the CE marking to confirm what safety regulations the product meets.
It sounds like you already submitted one but it doesn’t have the printed name or job title of the person that signed it.
