Changing from oversize storage

Changing from oversize storage

Does anyone know if it’s possible to change items from oversize storage to standard without taking them out and resending?

I sent some items in and have had them remeasured and they’re not oversized anymore. The fees have changed but my oversize storage is almost full so can they be moved out from it?

Knowing Amazon, I would imagine that your only route would be remove and resend.
But it’s not impossible, that they would move them themselves. As that would be logical…
It’s probably worth asking them the question. Though by the time you get a straight answer, it probably isn’t worth the effort. :slight_smile:
