Changing Size Variation
Hi can anyone give us some advise on how to update my Variations please? This listing has been live on Amazon for around 8 years now with no problems, but suddenly 3 weeks ago Amazon updated the size attribute to show Pack Of 1 on each size this if fine but it has only been done of some on the sizes so now I’m left with double sixes on the listing like the image here shows.
I have tried updating the size attributes via a flat file but this has not worked.
I have checked the back-end and all seems fine there but it does not match the live listing.
I have spoken to Amazon Seller Support several times with very little help I’m afraid.
Any ideas anyone has would be much appreciated.

I’m not the most experienced in this category but when you say you’ve spoken to seller support, have you also tried using the update listing tool available through get help? It often doesn’t work but is worth a shot. Failing that could you contact SS and spin it that the listing needs refreshing instead?
The other workaround you could try which has worked for me in the past (for whatever reason) is making very minor changes to things like the description and bullet points. Maybe even just alter a couple of words here and there so SEO isn’t going to be affected. Sometimes this is enough to tweak the listing and get the other changes through. This is definitely one of the more frustrating parts of selling on Amazon! And let’s be honest, there are many.

Thanks so much for the suggestions its much appreciated but I have tried those solutions and its still not made a difference unfortunately I’m just gonna keep trying seller support I think and just hope it gets solved asap
