Charge method verification showing invalid card
I am writing to inquire about the suspension of my Amazon account. I recently created an account and went through the verification process, including verifying my debit card details. Unfortunately, at the time of verification, my account had a zero balance, which prevented Amazon from verifying my card details with my bank.
As a result, my account was suspended, and my card details were invalidated. I have since rectified this issue by verifying my card details with the required authorization fees deducted from the card in all of the European marketplaces required by Amazon.
However, despite having completed this process, my account is still suspended, and my card is being shown as invalid. Therefore, I would like to know if I should wait for any further updates or if I should use another charge method with a different card.
