Collection of products
Please Help!
I have added my product, printed and attached labels to my product and arranged pick up for (Thursday) but no UPS came. Now I cannot find any shipping info in any of my setting to either check up on this or re arrange. Also called UPS who have said I need a Collection request number? Would be grateful for guidance here.

did you call UPS or go on their website to arrange the collection ?
you need to go to inventory - manage fba shipments and the tracking number should be on there for you to organise the collection

yes all are active in inventory but only three can be seen on amazon and other tree are not there.

yes it is , only did one colour fba , for others struggling to make the listing live, so only set fba others are fbm at the moment. wanted to make sure that all other variations can be seen under parent.

You can always take your parcels to the UPS depot or one of their drop shops surely

I’ve had this before with UPS. If they haven’t collected by 3pm i take it to a UPS accsess point, as i know they collect from my local shop around 4pm. Its always worth looking up out where the local drop off to you is and the normal collection time.

Also there no such thing as a collection request number? You give the tracking number and ask what’s going on with the collection.
