Constant loop of requesting approval, being approved & being told i need approval
I have 20 listings that are inactive because i need approval to sell X Author or X Publisher ( i sell used books )
When i click ‘request approval’ im told im already approved & i can sell New, Used or Collectable.
And yet my listings are still inactive ( they were listed a week or so ago and only just sent to AMZ )
The list of approved authors & publishers in seller central show I’m approved also.
Does anyone know what i can do as, if you cannot guess already, Amazon support is not being very helpful, it seems to be run buy people that have no idea about selling on the platform and are copy and pasting from old information that doesn’t even exist anymore in the system.

I have been auto approved in all cases, do you think because the time it took for me to send them in has caused this problem with Amazon gating all publishers & authors in the last week or so since i added them to my inventory ( i wasn’t asked for auth when listing any of these )
Do you think this is a site glitch and an Amazon problem?

Have you tried deleting it then relisting from scratch (delete, not just ‘close’) ?

I’ve found it’s best to wait 24 hours before trying to list after gaining approval.
You may not have to wait that long but it definitely takes quite a while before the system updates.

And now this morning i have one of these items listed as stranded ( only one out of the 20 ) which says - ‘Stranded reason’ - ‘Qualification required’ - and then ‘Request Approval’ - what happens when i request approval? - I’m already approved 
funny. - the rest have listing errors ( i assume because i, not approved to sell BUT i am?? ) and advise me to contact seller support - but that gets me nowhere?
