I am trying to contact seller support, they refuse to call meback or help me. I have been running round in circles. My account is active but I cannot access live chat or phone support. What to do?!

Are you on the Professional Selling Plan ? - pay £30 a month fee.
I believe phone support is not available to those on the Individual plan.
i have tried contacting email support but u know how that is. i am literally running around in circles. they email me asking me about the issue, i respond, and they literally email the same exact email again and ask me the same exact question u gottta wonder whether some of these reps even know english. its shocking hot rubbish their support is…
