Many of your products can now be shipped into our fulfilment centres, and we thank you for your patience as we’ve made adjustments in our facilities to protect our employees and fulfil the highest priority products that customers need. We are making additional adjustments to upcoming storage fees to support you during this time.
- We are waiving the May 15 long-term storage fees for inventory stored in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the Czech Republic. While you can continue to create removal orders, there will be delays in completing the requests. Similarly, auto-removals will be delayed.
- As previously announced, we are waiving April monthly storage fees for products over 15 kg, where we stopped taking customer orders due to social distancing guidelines. This applies to inventory stored in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
- As previously announced, in France and Italy, where we temporarily stopped taking orders for lower priority products or where our fulfilment centres were temporarily closed, we are waiving April monthly storage fees for the impacted days.
