Create Listings in EU with no intention to sell
I used to sell in the EU using PAN-FBA. I deregistered all VAT numbers and removed all my listings from EU.
I sell only in UK, but one of the brands I sell wants me to create listings of their products in EU as well. (I introduced them to UK, and they want EU as well)
Question: If I create listings (no FBA) with zero inventory and I will keep it only for one/ two weeks, will it affect on my account in any way?

I’m not sure what the objective is. If you create the listing with no inventory, it won’t be searchable, ranked or publicly discoverable - what are they trying to achieve?
It can affect your account. Amazon can request authenticity checks on any ASIN you create a listing for, you can receive IP violations, suspected violations just from creating a listing even with zero inventory.
As a general rule of thumb, don’t create a listing for something you don’t actually have and are prepared to sell.
