Creating a listing with variations

I’ve been a seller for 2 months and have 3 products listed individually. I’d like to create a new listing, just one ad, where the buyer can choose any of my 3 products as a variation, from just that one new single ad. I’ve been ‘round the houses with this and can’t seem to get it right. All or any help appreciated.

Hi if they have all been listed individually they can not then be merged, listings with variations needs to be done on the initial listing the only way round this is if its a new EAN etc.
