Credit Card Invalid issue - No help options available
Hi - We have recently updated the credit card information across all UK and EU marketplaces from a card that was no longer active to our business account.
The card is verified but still everytime we log in there is an credit card invalid page. We have tried the support page, the only option is to get support to reactivate the account, even if we follow that and click the provide information help section it just redirects back to the page where it says credit card invalid.
amazon took the test payments each time we added to a new marketplace to confirm authorization and we now have no idea what is going on.
we haven’t sold anything on the account it is new.
any ideas?

Is it a credit card ? Or debit
If its new have you activated it by using it in a store with the pin number ?
Are there funds in the account ?
