Credit Card verified but cannot list product - customer service doesnt help

Hi,

I have tried to get in touch with customer service. I opened 14 cases, every time someone “solves” it and I don’t have any help. Usually the agent does not read the issue or maybe they dont care.

I verified two credit cards. Whenever i try to list a product (gated or products no ungate required) it shows an alert:

apparently an internal team looks into this case but i dont receive any help for weeks now. I get asked to provide more details but im myself interested in the details of this issue. i dont have more than my account saying im verfified plus the screenshot.

When can i upload products without this alert? I even got an email yesterday saying that my cc has been verified. Is anyone even troubleshooting accounts??

im super frustrated with the customer service and never receive call backs when i request one.

Can someone help me?

is it a credit card ?
mastercard or visa ?
not a prepaid card
at least 6 months left on it before expiry
used in person at an atm or in a shop
in your name and matching billing address etc
enough funds on the account to cover the £30 pro plan

Yes all applies
Two of top 5 accepted credit card suppliers so it can’t be the supplier.

Hello @ Maethi,

Thank you for reaching out!

As per last communication, your account is being verified and you should get a response in 24-48 hours.

Please keep me informed about the outcome of this process.

Kind regards,
