Currency Issues - URGENT

Hello,

We have set up a European sellers account, our online store is UK based and we use English bank accounts, however, we use Euro’s on our German store, this is not converted by a currency switcher on site, the price is fixed in Euro’s that we input manually.

When testing the payment feature it wouldn’t allow payment to be made, it let me get all the way through and then came up with the error message right at the end:

CurrencyMismatch and can not be confirmed.

Shopify didn’t have a clue how to go about fixing this can anyone help?

Thanks,

You need to set UK store in Sterling (GBP) - Amazon will adjust your European market places in Euros for you.

Hey!

Thank you so much for your response, the issue I am finding is that the store is set to Euro already. It needs to stay this way as it’s a German targeted website. I just don’t know if it’s something to do with the settings in Amazon Seller Central?

Thanks,
