Custom Amazon Checkout?
Hey, everyone, I was wondering if I could ask a few questions to a seller regarding digital items?
For the nature of this business, I need to collect customers log in info so after the order is competed I can sync their digital item to their online account.
How would i go about having custom fields to ask for the details during checkout… or can i set up a basic form where customers can fill out on my website?

I don’t believe what you are trying to do is either possible or allowed on Amazon. Digital downloads (or subscriptions) are not approved items to sell on the Amazon marketplace so trying to involve any further capture of information would be unsupported and inappropriate.
(Yes, we know lots of people do sell digital downloads but they don’t tend to be around for very long).

It sounds like your question doesn’t relate to the Amazon site but rather to your own website, right?

Just be aware that any customer complaints saying that they did not receive the game (even though you clearly state trophies only / not game) and your account could be suspended.
Also any attempt to direct customers to your website is against policy too and could also lead to suspension.
I would suggest selling on another platform. Sorry…

I’ve spoken to an agent at Amazon thy are going to look into it for me…
They have been listed for over a week and i’ve fully refunded the customers who have bought the listing.
Amazon have refunded the subscription fees until something gets sorted im not holding my breath.
