Customisation info! this is doing my head in!
I sell personalised cards, so I have the same customisation info drop downs on every listing. I used to just copy a listing and the customisation stuff would just be the same, now when i do this i get customisation disable and have to type in new info for each new listing this is very time consuming, can somebody please help, ive looked at customisation templates but cant figure out how to use them… help needed …

so we would go to add/edit customisation and then
section 1 - we keep the label as Surface 1 and upload a blank white image (that we hve created in paint) as the preview image
then go to customisations and add customisation - select ‘text’
Text 1 - we call Name and Age required (our cards you can only change the name and age on the front)
We only have one default font as ours is set
Then go to colours - again the label is ‘name and age required’
we only have Black as the added colour
then - text Blocks
section 1
again Label is Name and Age Required
and choose your position
Note
this works for ours as technically we don’t show them the card with the text on - we show them an image of a card which has ‘your name here’ and 'your age here. Obviously if you want to show them their name and age in the correct place, you will need to upload a picture of your card in the first part and then find the correct position for the ‘name and age’
keep previewing it to check before you finalise it
