Data Request from Amazon

Hi Health forum,

I have just had the following email from Amazon.
I just wondered if anyone had ever received anything similar before I reply?
I presume the ‘identity of a contact in my address book’ is myself???

I am currently going through verification of my Private Limited company.

I am hoping receiving this from Amazon is a further step to getting reinstated.

Any advice would be great.
