Deactivation due to order defect rate
Hi,
Received a message stating my account with be deactivated due to an order defect rate, looks like we had a negative review recently (1 and only bad review). How do i stop my account from being deactivated?

Your account won’t be deactivated by a bad review, so I assume you mean feedback.
Have you just got a warning message at the top of your screen saying you are at risk, or have you actually received an email saying you have been deactived?

If its just a banner at the top of the screen saying at risk there is not much you can do right now other than sell items to dilute it down.
Your ODR covers negative feedback, a-z claims and chargeback claims, if you go to account health it should tell you what your odr is and underneath that what the metrics are for each of the 3 things that affect it.
I am assuming that it is feedback, so have a look and see what the feedback said, what can you do to make sure it doesn’t happen again?
