DHL VTR tracking issue
Hi all,
Getting a bit worried, our VTR keeps dropping. It’s now down to 89%.
I’ve downloaded the report and it is listing 8 shipments with DHL as invalid.
I copy and paste the tracking number into DHL and it works fine and is tracked as delivered as it should.
Has anyone else seen an issue here? We’ve not had it before.

We have the same issue - although for us it’s in regard to shippings to german clients it’s still bothering us - ours have dropped to 52% 
I try to input different things such as delivery serivce (I try to choose from dropdown list, as well as input by hand) - I analyse reports every day and try to check what is ok for amazon and what is invalid, as for now - half of packages are invali for them …
Problem occured when we changed courier from DHL Germany to DHL Parcel - it has shorter tracking number which is not verified by amazon, we try to change it back to the longer number (as server is giving an answer with both) and check if it would solve the problem.
