Did not receive becoming a daily occurrence
Anyone having the same, it doesn’t matter how its sent tracked or untracked all I am getting daily now is item not received and wanting refunds. I even lost a tracked Hermes A-Z that was bought off amazon shipping and the tracking showed as being delivered, amazon in their wisdom refunded then refused to reimburse my shipping cost as apparently Amazon say it was delivered??
Its becoming a scammers paradise and Amazon are happily allowing it.

I had a nice honest customer who messaged me a week or so ago, saying that Amazon have told them to ask for a refund as item was not delivered, they told me it was delivered weeks ago! Order was fully tracked as well. Shortly after that customer I got another one who claimed their order had not been received but was fully tracked and delivered - when I pointed this out, they suddenly went silent…

On average I get two or three a day. (Cosmetics)
On average one will be late but I’ll Provide a POD for the other 2 (on average). 90% of the People I provide a POD to take their claim to AtoZ and 99% of the time I lose the claim.
I have 13 x return requests in my system and I have asked all of them to return the item before I will issue a refund and not one of them has yet to return the item.
Amazon allow this with their policies - I think 10% of my claims are legitimate but the rest are fraudulent.
Way to go Amazon…

Hello bobsyouruncle , we had also notice too that but Most of our experience are very good recently . we had received 3 [ 2 UK , 1 DE] A-Z Claim recently . Just updated royal mail sign for / GLS tracking number. Customer claim but Amazon decline customer claim and advice them to return. If you have royal mail sign for tracking number than it will be OK . Hope you will get sorted . Good Luck .

I have about 1 in 100 state INR. All mine are small value untracked sent 1st class.
My standard reply is that my records show it was successfully delivered on (insert next working day after dispatch) to the following address (copy and paste address).
I am currently on a run of 8 successful defences.
1 said they found it! And 7 went quiet.
I love Amazon. As soon as I get kicked off for VTR rate I may become a scammer.

We have definitely had an increase - low cost untracked goods. Amazon have bought in these policies and it was only a matter of time before the scammers cottoned on. It is ridiculous but Amazon know what are going on…just ignoring it. I would like to see how many they authorise from their own stuff. We have also seen a definite increase from France and especially Italy…we charge shipping to them so it’s worth much more and is worth them doing it.
On one A-Z claim the customer had written I am happy to return please send a postage stamp (clearly didn’t understand she was making an A-Z as opposed to a return request) and Amazon granted it without asking for the return. x
