Difficult situation with a return Suggestions wanted
Hi
Difficult situation with a return.
We had a customer who ordered an item that cost £272. Unfortunately 2 of our dispatch employees sent the same item twice.
Tried phoning the buyer but the number is now changed or dead. And emails are not being responded to. I would like to recover the duplicated item but without contact from the buyer this seems impossible.
Has anyone got any ideas?

Send them a polite letter (signed for) along with a pre-paid postage label for them to return it. Say you will be expecting it back within a certain time frame. If you don’t receive it back then consider taking things further at that point.

Also, don’t admit to phoning them!!!
