Documentation requests for items sold years ago

I am receiving a high number of documentation requests for items that I sold many years ago? I guess this doesn’t really matter if an item is removed as it i no longer for sale?? however there must be a flaw in the amazon system as these notification are for items where they where sold over 10 years ago.

 Yes, I have had loads too. You need to go to your inactive inventory - Action - and make sure you ‘Delete Products and Listings’ for them. They will eventually disappear.
