Hello all.
I sell on amazon, a customer bought an item and we dispatched it to them , the courier service have shown us proof and photographed the signed delivery receipt. The customer still insists he hasn’t received his goods . On further questioning backwards and forwards he sent me a snapshot of (snapshot supplied) stating ‘Missing’ next to standard delivery. I have never seen this and am not sure it means anything or if i am been played by this individual.
Thank you for your help

That definitely has been added on by the customer, it isn’t Amazon’s font style, too big and bold.
Yes, been added on by the customer. We had sometime similar a few weeks back and Amazon confirmed for us it was added as it wasn’t their font nor ‘terms’ they use.
Why not send the snapshot to Amazon SS and ask them to verify if what it shows is correct.
I agree with others, the screenshot must have been edited by your customer.
If you have tracking and proof of delivery with signature confirmation, you don’t have to worry about losing your money.
The level of deception is getting out of hand.
This never shows.
If they have signed for it you do not need to worry.
Just report as spam. And open a case with amazon cs and let them know and ask them to invedtigste buyers buying pattern and to report them for fraud as clearly received and signed. If they then leave a negative amazon will remove it. A claim you will win as signed and delivered.
Clear “fake” from customer.
Also just check the “missing” is not align with the rest. Also how can he get this? Normally no courier put missing in the parcel. At least delayed.
Totally Photoshopped - and possibly fraud to take a screenshot of an Amazon UI and modify it.
