I have sent my shipment using DPD to Coventry, West Midlands CV5 9PF BHX4), on 18 September, have requested them for parcel search and now this is the latest update.
I have used DPD a few times and the service is pathetic. Does anyone else face the same situation?

I have added the tracking number on Amazon but I can’t track the DPD shipment. Is there a way to do it?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
This just means that the trailer containing your package has been received. When a courier sends packages in bulk to Amazon they don’t scan every package off the trailer they just mark the whole trailer as received. A manifest is just a list of packages on that trailer.
If it has been received on the 22nd then I am assuming it is with Amazon and will be processed within a few days.
8 days have passed and the status of the shipment is still showing as Shipped and there is no update on Amazon while tracking the DPD website it’s showing as

I am sorry to know that your customer hasn’t received their parcel even though it is marked as delivered. I can understand how important your parcel is to you and your customer.
Our depot has interviewed our driver confirming that he was at the correct location. All the checks are supporting our driver has followed the correct process and he has delivered your parcel to Amazon as a Manifest delivery. Please get in touch with Amazon as they may have a backlog and maybe taking more time than normal to process and confirm that they have their parcel now.Our Depot has closed the investigation stating parcel delivered correctly.

They frequently sign with manifest and when I reconcile Amazon say Manifest does not work for Amazon and then I spend my whole day going around in circles.
I did once get them to confirm in a seller support reply that they did not give DPD a stamped POD and used manifest deliveries. I wrote the case number on my white board and kept referencing back to it when I had problems.
That helped for a while but then Seller Support started saying that the reply was too old and they thought things had ‘probably’ changed since then.
I like DPD but it can’t be used due to this issue.
The status of my shipment is still the same as shipped since September 22, 2021
