EAN not matching the product I am trying to list
Hi all, I have a in date GS1 account and trying to use a few of the GTINs to list new products, unfortunately every time I go to list, I get a error message explaining that the EAN has not matched what i am trying to sell, any advice on this would be brilliant many thanks.

is the item already on amazon ?
are you putting the correct brand in the brand and manufacturer field ?
Is that your brand and do you have brand registry or brand approval ?

We’re having the same problem. Tried everything with no luck. We can’t register Brand Approval as our brand name is not permanently attached to the product. Have you had any luck finding out what the problem is?

I have the same problem, and seller support is useless(((
Did someone solve it?

Potentially! Seller support has asked me to get to proof from GS1 that I own the GTIN that I am trying to use (will be getting proof for all though), hopefully that works! They also asked for proof of website?? I explained that I am a sole trader only selling on Amazon yet that didn’t matter too much to them.
