Error 5461 again
It’s getting ridiculous now but every new item I try to list I am getting the above error. I just can’t add anything new to the catalogue.
Amazon asks me to fill in a form to get approval - and even though I submit everything asked for I get rejected.
Today response was:

** 1.Full/Specific Product Title**
** 2.Product description with mandatory details like variations in color, size, Dimensions/measurement, item weight, model/part number (as per the Product Category) need to be added.**
But all those requested details that were on the form were submitted.
Title - submitted
Photos - submitted
Description - submitted
Model number - submitted
EAN number - submitted
LOA from manufacturer - submitted
The form i was directed to does not ask me to submit dimensions/measurement or weight of product or any variation details. This particular item has no variations either so that part is n/a.
Surely we don’t have to go through this process for every new item we want to add?

More and more so I am having to do this and it is a pain in the neck. I sell licensed character brands and for many character brands I am having to go through this procedure.
For some brands I have ongoing authority to list them for others such as Disney I only get 96 hours to list them and then I have to apply again.
What is most annoying is that I am often told that I haven’t submitted the required information and get into an almost endless email loop of telling them I have sent all the information.

New response from SS - what is the SKU of the product???
What? What has my SKU got to do with getting approval to sell it? If I not got approval, I cannot create product and hence there is no SKU.
