Error for storage limits but not over the storage limits!
Hi guys,
I’ve been trying to send an FBA shipment to Amazon for months now and can’t seem to get through to Amazon to establish the issue. The two boxes I’m sending are 48cm x 48cm x 48cm, would be 7.8 cubic meters for the two, 18kg each so 36 kg in total, my understanding is that the limits 10 cubic meters which falls below the threshold.
Been pulling my hair out on this and must have plugged in the details more times than I can remember to no avail.
Any help with this would be hugely appreciated.

Is it definitely storage and not restock limits?
I believe the 10 cubic limit is for individual plan ?! Demel will confirm

… That would only be 0.22 cubic ‘metres’
(0.48 x 0.48 x 0.48) x 2
But the individual plan has a limit of 10 cubic ‘feet’ not metres.
The two boxes would total 3.9 cubic feet
But with the dimensions you’ve quoted it looks like the items would be ‘oversize’ and I’m not sure if there’s an ‘Oversize’ allowance on the individual selling plan?
Are just 2 items (1 in each box) or is this just the outer packaging and the individual SKUs inside are much smaller?
