Error message when trying to add a new listing

Ive been trying throughout the day to manually add listings but my progress is lost each time when an error message appears stating 'An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologise for the inconvenience.

I found I got the error message on Safari but not Chrome, but still can’t actually list anything, different error message saying the EAN/ASIN/GTIN is wrong etc. Seems to be a site wide problem judging by these forums! Not to mention a load of our listings have been suppressed this morning for no reason…seller support clueless!

There seems to be a bunch of different issues preventing the listing of items. I tried callback from Seller Support a couple of times this morning, but never got through to anyone: perhaps they’re being bombarded by sellers having the same problem or have stopped taking calls while they work out a script for the Seller Support people to use…

It’s definitely a general issue, as I can see on other groups outside this Forum discussing about it as well.

Is everyone still having problems - SS just emailed me back saying they are unaware of any issues ?? Anyone had any positive response from them. thanks

hi is anybody able to list any products at all ? getting no where with SS . If people are listing what browser/systems are they using . Any help would be great. thanks
