EU Commingling Invoices - VAT question

I have just found a load of commingling invoices that I never knew existed that all have VAT on, assuming I can claim the VAT back, they’re significant amounts that I had totally never realised existed.

I mostly FBA and UK only, the description on them says ‘Inventory Transfer’

Each month there are two different invoices

I have previously only seen and accounted for the 3 Seller Fees Invoices, two have no VAT and one is the eu sales which is missing for December.

Am I being really thick here? Or have I been paying way too much VAT for months cos I’d missed these invoices??
