Excluded from Amazon discount - help
Just wondering if anyone can answer why a seller would be excluded from Amazon promotional discount ?
I am at same price as seller, same shipping time/handling and even a slightly better feedback yet I am now been excluded from the discount Amazon placed on the ASIN but I had it previously.
Amazon just reply with copy and paste which isn’t helpful so I was wondering if anyone has come across this and also found a fix ?

Its not asin related, as other asins I had it on have now stopped so this feels like a account issue.
Account is in good order and been selling for nearly 7 years.
