Hey Guys
Our pallets weight 500kg each, and some bright spark decided to stack them ontop of two high uneven pallets (A different sellers pallets)
These pallets were rejected, due to damage, most of the boxes are also damaged.
Has anyone ever had pallets sent to FBA via UPS arrive damaged, and managed to successfully make a claim?
Cheers
I can’t say I have, but good luck with it as if it’s via the partnered carrier, rather than direct with UPS, your going to have an uphill battle I’m afraid.
Also, you may want to check the actual insurance, as I can guarantee, unless you took extended, it probably won’t be enough to cover it properly.
However, they don’t actually look too bad, so it’s probably worth just getting them back to yourself.
