Been having problems listing recently.
One of our major items are precut fabrics for quilting. Until about 4 months ago you would put the upc in and the item would come up add to the listing and sell no problems.
More recently you put in the upc and they are not coming up (presume that the seller who used to get them on has stopped listing on amazon).
This is where our problem begins we put the UPC in and it's not there. Go to add a new iem button and start to fill the requirements in and then "you are not authorised to sell MODA please apply to sell.
Duly went to the please apply to sell and filled out the requirements there and this is where the problems come in.
This is the reply

Not sure where this part of the cut and paste bs is coming from but we reached this after looking for the upc and could not find it. If we could find the UPC we would have listed it that way.
If you still believe your product is not listed in the Amazon catalogue and needs to be listed with a new ASIN, provide the following information: *Product name, brand, manufacturer, category, description, SKU, UPC/European Article Number (EAN)/JAN, product title including any variations in colour, size, measurements, model/part number, etc.
Tried that but stuck at the authorisation to list this where we got to

After we’ve received this information, we will perform a detailed review to verify the uniqueness of your products. Allready added all the photos requested for authorisation to sell the item.
Where do support get the idea that a cut and paste reply that has absoloutly no relevance to the authorisation to sell?
