I've been having an ongoing issue with Transparency codes and FBM returns.
In case you didn't know, if you sell items with Transparency codes via FBM you are required to upload the transparency serial # to the shipment when generating your postage and shipping label.
When selling items with transparency codes via FBM, I sometimes receive returns, as Amazon sellers are oft to do.
These returns are in 100% unopened and mint condition.
When I sell an item with a transparency code via FBM, receive that same exact item back in a return, and then relist it and sell it a 2nd time, the 2nd shipment will have the same exact Transparency Code as the first shipment because it is the same exact item.
Amazon has picked up on this, and has been "dinging" my account with violations for repeatedly shipping items with the same transparency codes.
This is because the items have been returned and the same exact items are being re-shipped to the 2nd customer.
I have recently received a Product Authenticity Complaint with a HIGH Account Health Impact for shipping items with duplicated transparency codes with the exact situation as outlined above.
I've submitted an appeal explaining the situation, but I am terrified of deactivation for a situation where it seems like I've done nothing wrong, and the system should know better than to threaten me with this.
Has anyone else faced this situation? If so, how did you handle it?
Thank you
