FBM non prime returns labels - disputing reason codes selected by customer
Has anyone ever successfully managed to have a pre-paid returns label charge reversed on the basis that the customer manipulated the return reason selected in order to avoid paying for the return themselves?
It’s really starting to annoy me that Amazon provide many layers of customer protection, but non that I can see for the sellers.
I contacted Seller Support and they told me to file an A to Z claim, I had to remind them that only a customer can do that… sigh
