That is right. August 7th at 7:10 I get an email regarding the issue and at 8:14 the product is deactivated. There is nothing in the Performance Notifications until the 7th either. Nothing on my account health page, which I check several times a day - not until I had the email on the 7th.
I have to respond by the 5th of August. Two days before the notification and you've logged the violation here as the 3rd.
On top of all of this, the only option to get out of this is to edit the product. Which I can't do because I did not create it.
So I deleted the product. Can't be bothered selling stuff Amazon have any issue with.
How long does it take to remove this violation (which was not my fault) from my account? How do I get rid of it if I cannot edit the product and deleting does not work
