Finding it Impossible to List a Series of Magazine's
I’ve been trying to list a series on old magazines (second hand) that do not currently appear on Amazon. However, I’m finding it an impossible task as I continually get stuck on ‘Product ID’ as there is no ‘ID’.
The magazines are now old and out of print and do not have an ISBN (or ISSN). I also cannot get a ‘Product ID’ from the manufacturer as they are no longer in business.

You can apply for a GTIN exemption in order to list them. If you search the help pages then it will take you through the process.
However it may be simpler to sell them elsewhere.

Thanks for the reply. I have applied for exemption for one magazine title and was granted it but am getting the same problem so am currently in conversation with Amazon support on that issue.
I chose Amazon as it was an easy site to list on plus wide coverage but since the change and all products require an ID it has became a pain.
