Funds reserved without any reason or explanation

Hello

I have been selling on Amazon for a couple of years and this is happening for the first time and I do not have any clue how I can solve this issue. That is why I decided to search for a solution here.

I have not received any payments for more than 3 months ( last payment was on 21/06/2022 for the UK marketplace ). All my funds are reserved for some unknown reason ( no one is giving me any explanation ). My account health is good and I do not have any chargebacks or claims. The products were delivered successfully a long time ago. All the needed verifications are done.

I opened multiple cases but all my cases are marked as “transferred” and I have never received a reply or help. Every time when I contact the chat support about the progress of some of the cases they are telling me that I will receive a reply in 24-48 hours. After that nothing is happening. No progress at all.

I understand that Amazon support is very busy. But to wait weeks for a reply of a transferred case and to not be given any information at all is terrible.

The reserved amount is not a small amount and I am starting to worry. Also such a delay affects my business

The same problem I have not only on amazon.co.uk but also on amazon.de, amazon.es and amazon.it.

Looking forward for suggestions how can I proceed

have you checked settings - account info - bank account information - does that still say verified ?
