Has anyone had issues when shipping to Parcel Motel?

I’ve seen horror stories about stuff going missing from this company and people not receiving their orders. I find it strange that we can exclude P.O. Boxes from shipping but addresses like this we cannot exclude. Everything I ship there I send by Royal Mail signed for that I purchase on Amazon.

I have sent a lot there, never had a problem and not sent tracked either but low value orders.

I get quite a few orders to ParcelMotel. The only problem is if the customer has not included their PM reference number as part of the address.

Not had any issues with this but like previous post make sure there is a reference number for the customer on it .
