I had a buyer contact me once when they received both the replacement I send as well as the original package showed up later a bit worse for wear. The lady contacted me to let me know and said she wants to keep both items and to send her an invoice for the 2nd. She was lovely
We need more of these people. Extremely rare though. Perhaps also a small business owner.

I had a little old dear send me a cheque for about a fiver because we had sent an invoice with her order and that was the amount ( we send a full invoice with every order )
Needless to say we never banked that one
Pretty sure Amazon will request the fees they have missed now
Have quite a few very honest Customers. I think most people are Honest. But amazon make it very hard for the Customers to return the refunds when they received the goods eventually.
I sold a Vital Spark DVD to a lady in East Anglia. She was so pleased with it she sent m a letter with a hardback book of the Vital Spark stories.

It is so nice when customers are like this, there is still a large proportion of the population who are like this. It is just that we so often see on these forums the negatives as this is what annoys sellers the most. It is lovely that you have shared this with us.
My most memorable experience was on Amazon when I refunded a very difficult customer who told me with certainty there item had not been received.
A week or so later their partner contacted me to say how sorry she was that this had happened and that the item had been received on time. She arranged with Amazon to have their card recharged for the item.
