Help! Alignment issues

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all well.

I’m pulling my hair out here.

Whenever trying to print out product labels, they don’t seem to align properly. For example, when I peel a label off, some of the barcode is missing from either the side or from the bottom.

I’ve spoken with HP, they tried to faff around with the alignment settings to see if it will do the trick but it hasn’t. I’m having these issues on and off, sometimes the labels print within the label box and other times they don’t

Using A4 paper with 27 labels. HP Deskjet All In One printer.
