HELP needed risk of deactivation

On my account today I have a message (see below)

Your account is at risk of deactivation

  • Your Order Defect Rate is 2.86%; the target is 1%.

I have tried looking to try fix any problems but I cant see what to do to correct this.

Can anyone help

Do you know the reason for the refunds ? - was it poor quality items ? - oops, just noticed your last post saying ‘quality not adequate’ - guess that will be it - customers not happy with the item.
You did say you had bought cheap items.
You just need to boost your sales with good quality stock that will not produce complaints.

At the moment it is only ‘At risk’, so you just need to be sure that you don’t have anymore defects and meet all your future orders.

Order defects are made up of negative feedback, a to z claims and chargebacks
