Help please extended producer responsibility Germany

Apologies if there are threads running on this, stuff like this really triggers me. I have recieved a notice that" If you sell in Amazon.de, provide your LUCID number for Packaging category. Otherwise, Amazon will start blocking your non-compliant listings on June 15, 2022. Ignore if already provided." How do I do this? Does it cost? Non of my items are packaged.

Sorry- think I may have jumped the gun, I think these only apply to packaging and electrical catagories, I thought it applied to packaging of my items. Need more coffee.

Lucid is looking for a VAT number / taxpayer reference number I am nit registered for VAT ( below the threshold) and have tried my UTR number, but that doen’t work. Are there other threads on this topic? Thanks!!
